The staff were overwhelmingly accommodating and kind during our stay. The mountain view from our room was absolutely stunning and made for a relaxing environment.

The breakfast offerings were basic and could use a more diverse selection.

It was just a prime choice for a short stay in Gatlinburg with excellent value for money. The refrigerator wobbled, had ice buildup, and was noisy, which made it hard to sleep.

Loved the comfy bed and the great location for exploring nearby eateries. Just a hop to the convention center! Pups enjoyed it too.

The room had a few ants, and the beds were harder than I prefer. Parking could be an issue during busy times, too.

The breakfast setup was disappointing—limited options with stale cereal and only a couple of packs of oatmeal. Notably, the ice machine was out of order, which seems to be a recurring issue. Although the hotel advertises a pool, that facility was out of service with no clear timeline for repairs, leaving guests without that expected leisure option. Lastly, the lack of convenient waste disposal for pet owners poses an inconvenience during stays.
